Steve Redfern (Service Manager)
Steve has been involved in the motor trade all his working life, starting as an apprentice in 1976 with Volkswagen, moving up through the ranks to become Service Manager. He joined Mike Perryman at Denbury in October 2008 and has built a solid, reliable service team.
His ideal has always been to provide the best possible service he can, treating people the way he would like to be treated.
Ben Redfern (Service/Parts Advisor)
Ben’s experience in the Motor Trade started in a body repair shop as apprentice repairer, eventually moving on to body preparation and spraying, he has experience in motorcycle repairs, printing and 2 years as a parts advisor in a dealership. He moved to Denbury in March 2009 as a valuable assistant in the Service Department, Ben enjoys his role and relishes a challenge.
Jon Lock (Head Technician)
There isn’t much that Jon hasn’t work on in his career in the motor trade, starting as an apprentice working on steam driven vehicles, moving on to Rolls Royce and Bentley which included restoration of old and vintage cars, served his time at Ford agents Sopers of South Brent, has worked for Rover and Hyundai, took a break and became a child minder then joined Denbury Diesels where he is a much respected and valuable member of the team.
Mike Pallett (Technician)
Mike has been with Denbury for about 18 months and has proved to be a real find, he brings a vast Land Rover experience with him having worked in his father’s business for over 20 years, he brings with him a talent for fabrication and regularly rescues vehicles which would otherwise be beyond repair, racing is a passion for Mike and he competed for 5 years off road winning Championships in the process.
Paul Preece (Apprentice Technician)
Paul joined Denbury three years ago as an Apprentice Technician; in that time he has achieved a diploma in engineering and was awarded the student of the year. He has become a valuable member of the Denbury team and has a wide range of skills,Paul has undertaken a major personal project of building his own kit car.
